While on duty, the working group discovered 4 motorbikes moving in the direction of Thang town to Mai Dinh commune.
The traffic police force on duty gave the order to stop the vehicle and guide traffic participants into the controlled position for the motorbike lane. The two were not wearing helmets, did not obey the working group's order to stop, drove the car into the opposite direction, and hit a traffic police officer on duty.
The crash caused Mr. NVL to fall to the street, breaking his left leg.
