The construction site lights are on all night, the sound of rollers and asphalt pavers is constant, meter after meter of new asphalt road appears between the dark gray rocky mountains after a series of days of prolonged rain and floods.

Thousands of cadres, engineers and workers are working day and night in "3 shifts, 4 shifts", racing against time, speeding up the progress of completing the items, with the determination to open the route before December 19. When the Dong Dang-Tra Linh expressway project is completed, it will create a new boost for the socio -economic development of Lang Son and Cao Bang provinces, contributing to the national transport infrastructure miracle in the journey towards the 14th National Party Congress.
