Twins aspire to become naval officers

There are two new students who have just been admitted to the Naval Academy ( Ministry of Defense ) this year. They are twin brothers and share the same dream of becoming naval officers.

The two soldiers Nguyen Ba Viet and Nguyen Ba Thang are so similar that people who meet them for the first time will not easily distinguish them. Their families do not have a military tradition, but every day they see soldiers at the Naval Academy going in and out of the gate. By coincidence, they met two boys in the village of Phuoc Dong, Nha Trang City ( Khanh Hoa Province) who share the same dream as them.

The image of a navy soldier grew bigger and bigger, and becoming a navy officer was no longer a dream but a goal for Viet and Thang. Some people, knowing their academic ability, suggested that they study this or that major because they would have a high salary after graduation, but both brothers just smiled and shook their heads. While their friends were still hesitating about choosing economics, accounting or engineering, Viet and Thang kept "going straight for the goal of joining the navy".

Despite their determination, they were a bit worried that they might not pass the exam, but they still wanted to test their abilities. And the sweet fruit came to the whole family, joy burst out when the twin boys both passed the exam with quite high scores.

“Going to the Naval Academy not only satisfies my passion but also allows me to improve myself. I chose to become a naval officer because I hope to go to Truong Sa to contribute to protecting the sovereignty of my homeland’s sea and islands,” Ba Viet shared.

On the day their two sons entered school, their parents took them to the academy gate. The mother tearfully hugged her two sons with pride, while the father shook their hands tightly and said: "You will become naval officers as you wish." The younger brother Ba Thang expressed: "The two of us were admitted to our dream major and believe that the military environment will help us grow. We will definitely complete our mission excellently."

It seems that the two of you have touched your dream of becoming a naval officer, although you know that ahead of you is a process of continuous learning, training and striving, and there will be many difficulties. The first days in the military environment at the Naval Region 4 Training Center were quite confusing, but the twins were determined to train.

The journey to realize the dream of opening up many trusts has just begun with the training period before officially entering the main training program. Let's wait for the five-year training journey to the day to welcome two young naval officers Nguyen Ba Viet and Nguyen Ba Thang to join their teammates to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
