Tzolis wants to join Manchester United. |
The Greek striker joined Norwich City in 2021 at the age of 19. However, his time in England was not very successful as he struggled to adapt to the Premier League environment.
However, the 24-year-old striker's career has been strongly revived since moving to Belgium. In two seasons with Club Brugge, Tzolis scored 42 goals and provided 42 assists in all competitions. This impressive form quickly attracted the attention of numerous major European clubs.
According to British media, clubs such as Crystal Palace, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Newcastle, and even Manchester United are closely monitoring the situation of the Greek international. Tzolis is currently valued at around 36 million euros.
Notably, in an interview with Belgian media, Tzolis did not hesitate to admit the special allure of Manchester United. He stated that it would be difficult to refuse an offer from a club with such a rich tradition as the "Red Devils".
“Manchester United could convince me. It’s a huge club with a great history. It’s hard to say no to them,” Tzolis shared.
Tzolis currently has a contract with Club Brugge until 2029. The Belgian club previously only spent around 6.5 million euros to sign him and now has the opportunity to reap a huge profit if they decide to sell the Greek star in this summer's transfer window.
