The Nam Dan District Health Center in Nghe An Province has decided to terminate the parking management contract with Mr. Hoang Quoc An (residing in Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district) for the center's parking facility.

Immediately after the Traffic Newspaper published an article on the issue, on November 24th, the Nam Dan District Health Center in Nghe An province issued a decision to terminate the parking management contract at the district health center's parking lot.

Although no tickets were issued upon entry, all cars were charged a fee upon exit.

Accordingly, the Nam Dan District Health Center decided to terminate the parking management contract with Mr. Hoang Quoc An (residing in Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district).

Mr. Nguyen Canh Thang, the center's director, stated that the reason for terminating the contract was due to violations committed by the winning bidder during the parking process, such as: charging fees contrary to regulations, failing to provide parking tickets to vehicle owners, and not posting a price list for car parking fees at the parking lot.

The contract will terminate at 10:00 AM on November 24, 2024.

Some people who refused to pay for parking because they didn't have a ticket were threatened.

The center also stated that, in the near future, the Administrative and Organizational Department of the Nam Dan District Health Center will be responsible for assigning personnel to take over and manage parking to ensure the proper management of people's vehicles when they come for examination and treatment, until the center completes the bidding process for parking management according to state regulations.

Four staff members from the Administrative and Organizational Department of the Nam Dan District Health Center will temporarily take over and manage the parking area in the coming period.

Regarding the Nghe An Department of Health, they affirmed that the handling and responsibility for the incident lie with the Nam Dan District Health Center, as this unit operates entirely independently.

The video shows someone without a ticket blocking the entrance to collect parking fees at the Nam Dan District Medical Center.

As reported by Giao Thong Newspaper, people driving cars to the Nam Dan District Medical Center (Nghe An province) for medical examinations, treatment, and visiting relatives found no notices, posted notices, or anyone issuing parking tickets.

However, after parking the car in the yard and walking out the gate, a man stood in front of the car demanding payment.

There have been instances where angry citizens, refusing to pay for parking because they didn't have tickets, were confronted by an individual who blocked their moving vehicles, threatening them with bricks to extort money.
