Over the years, the movement for national unity in building a cultured way of life in Chau Phu district has been maintained and gradually deepened. Movements and campaigns with cultural content have been implemented synchronously, yielding positive results. Criteria and standards for cultured families and villages are evaluated objectively, with quantifiable data and specific results. This has created a vibrant emulation movement, contributing to improved quality. Through propaganda and mobilization efforts, people in the district have actively participated in the movement to build a cultured way of life, effectively contributing to crime prevention and control, combating social evils, and maintaining local security and order.

The Steering Committee for Family Affairs and the National Movement for Solidarity in Building a Culturally Rich Life has directed the implementation of many tasks and solutions in family affairs, contributing to helping families in society overcome difficulties in life, build prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy families, practice a civilized lifestyle, strengthen the protection and care of children, support the elderly, and prevent social evils... Through these campaigns, many examples of "Good People, Good Deeds" have emerged, building happy families, raising children to be educated and successful, families with "5 No's, 3 Cleanliness" principles, cultural families, and studious families. Annual celebrations of exemplary happy families and commemorating Vietnamese Family Day provide opportunities for exemplary families to exchange experiences in building happy families, free from violence and social evils, raising successful children, overcoming difficulties and striving for success in life, and sharing experiences and skills in building prosperous, progressive, and civilized families.

According to Phan Van Van, Vice Chairman of the Chau Phu District People's Committee: “To achieve the goal of improving the quality of the movement to build a cultured way of life, making culture increasingly permeate social life, creating a civilized and orderly rural landscape, ensuring a healthy cultural environment, and promoting the implementation of the National Target Program on building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, Chau Phu District will mobilize the participation of people in creative activities to build a cultured way of life, creating conditions for cultural activities to develop, and raising the level of cultural enjoyment for the people.”

To effectively achieve the set goals, the Party committees, local authorities, and steering committees for the cultural life building movement at all levels in the district will continue to promote the leadership, management, and mobilization roles of mass organizations in implementing the cultural life building movement. Simultaneously, they will integrate the implementation of the cultural life building movement with other campaigns and emulation movements, working together to successfully accomplish the local political tasks. They will strengthen propaganda and mobilization of the people, promoting the people's role as the main actors in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; promoting socialization and mobilizing the people's strength to implement rural transportation projects; building a cultural life; and addressing employment and sustainable poverty reduction. Activities and movements will adhere to the principle of "the people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect, and the people benefit," and mobilize the strength of the entire population primarily through self-awareness and self-management.

The Chau Phu district authorities and departments continue to implement comprehensive and effective solutions to build a cultural life, aiming to create positive and profound changes in all aspects of social life through practical activities such as: arranging hygiene and order at markets in the area; guiding small traders to sell goods of guaranteed quality and display prices; promoting civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, and festivals, focusing on cultural behavior and traffic culture... The locality continues to maintain and improve effective models and practices in building a cultural life; promptly commending and rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals. This improves the quality of life for the people, contributing to the successful implementation of the local socio -economic development and national defense and security plan.

To make the work of building a cultural life more effective, Chau Phu district continues to strengthen the close relationship between the Party, government, and Fatherland Front with the people, promoting the role and strength of the great national unity to create strong changes in the cultural lifestyle of the people. The Steering Committee for the Movement to Build a Cultural Life at all levels regularly propagates, mobilizes, combines consolidation, improvement, inspection and recognition of cultural titles, contributing to socio-economic development, preserving and promoting national cultural identity.
