Vu Viet Bac (28 years old, an employee at Titan restaurant) said that the fire occurred in the storage area on the rooftop. At that time, the fire spread very quickly, so he didn't have time to put it out.

At 11:20 AM, the head of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Hoan Kiem District Police announced that the fire had been brought under control. Authorities are currently extinguishing embers, cooling the area, and removing smoke.
