At 15:50 on December 9th, the Command Information Center (114) of Hanoi City Police received a report of a fire at a chicken restaurant at address No. 42 Vo Thi Sau Street, Thanh Nhan Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

The Fire and Rescue Police Team of Hai Ba Trung District Police and the Fire and Rescue Police Team of Hoan Kiem District Police were dispatched to the scene to organize firefighting and prevent the fire from spreading.

The fire occurred near Youth Park, surrounded by many stalls. The restaurant contained many flammable materials, causing the flames to spread rapidly and thick black smoke to billow out, frightening many people.

Upon discovering the fire, the staff quickly moved the items out of the restaurant.

By 4:15 PM, the fire was completely extinguished by the authorities.

The fire did not cause any casualties. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire and assessing property damage.
