A major fire destroyed a house in Da Lat.

At approximately 9:15 AM on April 19th, a large fire broke out on To Ngoc Van Street (Cam Ly Ward – Da Lat, Lam Dong Province), destroying one house and damaging three neighboring houses.

According to initial information, at the time of the incident, black smoke was seen rising from house number 18 on To Ngoc Van Street (along the Phan Dinh Phung stream). Those living in the house noticed the smoke early and managed to evacuate safely.

Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities of Cam Ly ward, Da Lat, arrived at the scene, coordinated traffic, and assisted the Fire and Rescue Police and the Lam Dong Provincial Police in extinguishing the fire.

The two-story wooden house was completely destroyed by fire.

However, because the house was made of wood and contained many flammable items, it took more than an hour to bring the fire under control. The fire resulted in the complete destruction and collapse of the two-story house ^{, which} was approximately 50 square meters in size; three adjacent houses also suffered significant damage. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The fire affected three adjacent houses.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
