Created by Arun Maini, also known as Mrwhosetheboss, the iPhone is not only impressive in size but also fully functional, allowing you to make payments, scroll through apps and send messages. It also has a 400W flashlight that can dim car headlights.
It took 8 people to lift this giant iPhone.

The creation was made to celebrate Arun’s personal milestone of surpassing Apple’s official YouTube channel in subscribers. To complete the project, he collaborated with Matthew Perks, founder of DIYPerks, known for his unique DIY gadgets. The result was a giant iPhone that required 8 people to lift, officially earning the Guinness World Record for the largest smartphone.
Extremely powerful configuration on a special iPhone
Despite looking like the iPhone 15 Pro Max, the phone is custom-built with high-end PC specs, including an Intel Core i9 CPU, 128GB of RAM, and an AMD 6950 XT GPU. It runs on Android and supports Windows, with up to 4TB of storage. It can do everything a regular phone does, including video calling and messaging, but it can also run Cyberpunk 2077 at max settings — something no regular phone can do.
The phone’s display is made from an 88-inch OLED panel, which LG typically supplies in high-end TVs. Arun said that converting the panel into a touchscreen wasn’t easy. They used optical glue to convert the regular display into a touchscreen, which damaged the first panel. But the end result was a display that still worked perfectly, allowing users to tap and swipe between apps.
This giant phone has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records.

The highlight of this phone is also in the additional features. Its 400W flashlight is so powerful than conventional lights that the team had to build a water-cooling system to ensure safety. The whole device is powered by two large batteries, with a total capacity of 3,840 Wh, many times larger than the iPhone 16 Pro Max's battery, which is only 18 Wh.
In addition, this iPhone is also equipped with a custom Canon EOS R5 camera worth $ 35,000, along with a Sony RX10 zoom camera capable of up to 100x digital zoom. The 8-speaker system includes 4 subwoofers with each speaker having a capacity of 50W, compared to only 3W on a regular iPhone. Each button on the phone is also designed with a pneumatic system to give it the feel of a real iPhone.
