In Chieng Noi area, Thanh Son commune, over 70% of the population are Muong ethnic people, possessing many unique cultural features that are still preserved and promoted, from their language, costumes, folk performing arts, and traditional stilt houses. In particular, the effective operation of the Muong ethnic cultural club in Chieng Noi area has contributed to preserving, transmitting, and promoting the beauty of Muong culture through gong and drum performances, drum dances, folk songs, and coin dances.
