Among them, there are 20 riders participating in the Runabout GP1 category; 21 riders compete in the Ski Division GP1 category; 11 riders compete in the Ski Ladies GP1 category and there are 3 riders competing in the Freestyle category. The World Jet Ski Racing Championship - Grand Prix of Binh Dinh 2024 takes place at Thi Nai lagoon, which is the opening stage of the World Jet Ski Championship. In the following days, Vietnamese people as well as international visitors will witness the most exciting water motorbike and motorboat races taking place in Quy Nhon. We hope to develop this sport in Vietnam for many years to come.

Estiona racer Jasmiin Ypraus is one of 1 beautiful women participating in the World Jet Ski Racing Championship in the Ski Ladies GP11 category. She shared: "The second time I returned to Quy Nhon to participate in the race, I felt everything here was quite familiar. Before that, at the beginning of this year, I rode a water motorbike quickly on the surface of Thi Nai lagoon in the reality TV show "Showing passion for Aquabike". My current feeling is very excited and ready to enter the race. The preparation here is extremely excellent. Also participating in the Ski Ladies GP1 category, Benedicte Drange - the Norwegian "pink ball" said she was carefully prepared and ready for the upcoming competition. Before coming to Vietnam to compete, I had been studying and getting acquainted with water motorbikes for 3 years. I believe I will win the top position in this race category.
Meanwhile, racer Joana Graca from Portugal is also very excited for the race. This is the racer who won the 11th World Water Motorcycle Racing Championship in 2017. Aquabike Promotion specially organizes the Parallel Slalom competition category in Binh Dinh, a special format that only takes place in a few Grand Prix. The attraction in this format is the competition of the best riders in 3 categories in the qualifying round (Pole Position): Top 8 Runabout GP1, top 8 Ski Division GP1 and top 4 or top 6 Ski Ladies GP1.
Each category will be divided into pairs of matches to be eliminated directly into the semi-finals and finals. The racetracks are arranged parallel, each pair starts at the same time and passes the same buoys. The racer with the fastest speed and the first to reach the finish line will win.
