Accordingly, at 13:00 on July 2nd, the center of the tropical depression was located in the sea north of the Hoang Sa Special Administrative Region. The strongest winds near the center of the tropical depression were at level 7 (50-61 km/h), gusting to level 9; moving in a west-northwest direction at a speed of approximately 25 km/h.
In Khanh Hoa province , on July 2nd, scattered showers occurred in the mainland and coastal areas of Khanh Hoa province and the Truong Sa Special Zone. The forecast for the night of July 2nd and the day of July 3rd indicates continued showers and thunderstorms in Khanh Hoa province and the Truong Sa Special Zone. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind (level 7-8), and waves reaching 2-3 meters in height. Rainfall in the mountainous and southern areas of the province is expected to be 10-30mm, with some localized areas receiving over 50mm/24 hours.

Prepare forces, vehicles, and equipment to deploy rescue and relief operations when necessary. Maintain a strict duty roster and regularly report to the Civil Defense Command and the Department of Agriculture and Environment for compilation and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for timely guidance.
