Colonel Vo Van Vien - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command: Promoting the core role of the provincial armed forces.
In implementing the directives of the Central Committee, the Ministry of National Defense , and Military Region 5 on the deployment of the "500-day campaign to intensify the search, collection, and identification of the remains of fallen soldiers," the Provincial Military Command (the Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee for the search, collection, and identification of the remains of fallen soldiers) proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the synchronized implementation throughout the entire political system. Based on the general direction, the Provincial Steering Committee for the search, collection, and identification of the remains of fallen soldiers developed a specific plan, clearly defining the goals, targets, and implementation roadmap for each stage and each locality, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.

During the implementation process, the Provincial Military Command closely coordinated with agencies, units, and localities, regularly monitoring the situation on the ground to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles. The provincial armed forces played a core role in organizing the implementation, especially in the work of collecting remains of fallen soldiers, ensuring the process was correct, safe, and accurate.
Besides the advantages from previous experience in search and repatriation work and the attention and guidance from higher levels, the implementation process still faces difficulties due to the decomposition of many remains over time, the increasing limited collection of witness information, and changing terrain... However, with high determination, the province strives to complete the set targets, making an important contribution to identifying the martyrs in the area.
Lieutenant Colonel Ha Quoc Cuong - Assistant to the Policy Department, Political Division, Provincial Military Command: Orders from the heart in every assigned task.
In carrying out their duties as part of the task force collecting remains of fallen soldiers, each officer and soldier clearly understands that this is a sacred mission, linked to a responsibility of gratitude towards those who sacrificed their lives for the Fatherland.

As the team leader, I always ensure that the procedures, technical principles, and specific tasks are thoroughly understood and assigned to each team member, from medical staff to information digitization personnel, ensuring that the process is carried out safely, accurately, and synchronously.
In carrying out our duties at the martyrs' cemeteries, we deeply understand that every task, no matter how small, is crucial in helping to identify the martyrs and bring them back to their hometowns and families. This is not only a responsibility but also a "command from the heart," motivating each officer and soldier to overcome difficulties and successfully complete their nhiệm vụ. All working teams remain united and closely coordinated, ensuring adherence to procedures and preventing any errors during implementation.
Ms. Vo Thi Mong Tram - relative of a fallen soldier (Tan Xuong 1 village, Suoi Dau commune): I hope the fallen soldiers will soon return to their homeland and families.
I am the only child of martyr Vo Hon. He died in 1957, when I was just over two years old. My family had spent many years longing to find the grave of our loved one. Receiving the remains of the martyr for burial at Hon Dung Martyrs' Cemetery was a great emotional experience and a comfort to my family after many years of waiting.

Through following the information about the "500-day campaign to intensify the search, collection, and identification of the remains of fallen soldiers," I have gained a deeper understanding of the profound humanitarian significance of this work. The application of current science, especially DNA testing, has brought new hope to many families whose loved ones sacrificed their lives and whose remains have been collected but whose names, hometowns, and other information have yet to be identified.
I hope that the campaign will be implemented effectively, so that more and more martyrs will be correctly identified and returned to their hometowns and families. This is not only my wish but also the wish of many relatives of martyrs across the country. Every achievement in the campaign is a profound expression of gratitude to those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
