According to Professor Thanh Han Binh, the visit could be an opportunity to better understand Vietnam through contact and connect the development needs of both sides. On the other hand, after General Secretary, President To Lam Visiting China in August, as the second-ranking leader in China's top leadership, Premier Li Qiang's visit reflected the good and positive exchanges and contacts between the two countries' senior leaders. This was also reflected in the context of the situation world With increasingly complex developments as they are today, the two countries need to work together to respond to threats and instabilities, and at the same time build a community with a shared future of strategic significance.
Assessing the significance of the visit, Vietnam researcher Thanh Han Binh said that first of all, this high-level meeting will further promote mutual strategic trust and consolidate the foundation of cooperation between the two sides. Without mutual trust, there will be no good cooperation. Second, Prime Minister Li Qiang has held important positions in many developed regions in China such as Jiangsu, Shanghai, etc., and has rich experience in the field of economic development. Therefore, these experiences will be shared with Vietnamese friends and will further promote comprehensive cooperation between the two sides in the economic and trade fields. Third, this will also be an important orientation for China-Vietnam relations, not only promoting exchanges and cooperation between the two countries at all levels, especially upgrading the quality and connecting the economic and trade fields, but also playing an important role in promoting Travel, people-to-people exchanges between the two countries, bringing these cooperation contents to a new level.
Professor Thanh Han Binh affirmed that China and Vietnam are two neighboring countries, mountains connected by mountains and rivers, with similar national conditions and cultural connections, and are both socialist countries under the leadership of the Communist Party. Therefore, the two countries still have much room to enhance cooperation.

In terms of connectivity, the two sides are working together to build railways in Vietnam in the coming time. In addition to having advantages in technology and finance, China also has rich experience and experienced construction workers. Previously, the China-Laos high-speed railway and the Jakarta-Bandung (Indonesia) high-speed railway have created a good reputation among local people.
Regarding party building cooperation, the two sides are promoting cooperation in this field in many different departments, with the basic purpose of sharing experiences and improving governance capacity. This is also the initiative of "joint consultation, joint sharing, joint construction" proposed by China.
Regarding economic, trade and investment cooperation, China has just successfully organized the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) – China Expo, creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese products to conquer the Chinese market. China is a huge market with 1,4 billion people, geographically adjacent to Vietnam, so it has the potential to become an unlimited consumer market for Vietnamese products such as fruits, etc.
Regarding cultural exchanges, Professor Thanh Han Binh said that the Vietnam Research Center is developing an exchange and cooperation plan with the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences in 2025, thereby promoting friendship, enhancing mutual trust and promoting the role of scholars in the China-Vietnam friendship./.
