Hanoi Police FC welcomes new foreign player.

Hanoi Police FC has reached an agreement to sign striker Jeferson Elias. Last season, Elias played for Viettel FC. Although he played 13 matches without scoring any goals, he was still considered superior to his teammate Mohammed Essam.

This year, Viettel FC welcomes back striker Bruno Cunha. Therefore, coach Thach Bao Khanh will have to drop one foreign striker, as he still has Nham Manh Dung and Tran Danh Trung at his disposal.
