Mono, whose real name is Nguyen Viet Hoang, is a prominent Gen Z artist known for his confident performance style and promising songwriting abilities. Born and raised in Thai Binh , Mono gained attention from the moment he debuted as the younger brother of Son Tung M-TP. In 2022, he released his debut album, "22," inspired by youthful love stories. The album quickly became a hit, especially the song "Waiting for You," which set a new record for the longest time at number one on the Billboard Vietnam Hot 100 chart and became the most successful Vietnamese song of 2022. The album also included the single "Em la," which reached the Top 10 of the same chart. With his outstanding contributions at such a young age, Mono won the Dedication Award in the "New Artist of the Year" category in 2023.

Issac, whose real name is Phan Luu Tuan Tai, hails from Can Tho and is a versatile and hardworking artist in the Vietnamese showbiz industry. He is best known as the leader of "365," one of the V-pop idol groups mentored by Ngo Thanh Van. Issac possesses a warm and powerful voice, leaving a lasting impression on audiences with his hit songs "Love Without a Break," "I'll Be Home Soon," and "Keeping You in My Heart." Issac has also appeared in numerous film projects, such as "Tam Cam: The Untold Story," "Song Lang," and "My Monster Brother," and served as a judge on the "Vietnam Idol Kids" program. In 2016, Issac won the "Asia Star Awards" for "New Asian Star" and was among the Top 10 most popular singers at the "Green Wave 2018" awards.

This is the 6th time the program has been held in Hue , starting in 2019 with the name "Hue Welcomes 2020," later renamed "Hue Countdown." The program is an event that attracts the attention of a large number of locals and tourists, especially young audiences. It's a vibrant festival to welcome the new year, and also an opportunity to look back on the achievements of our province over the past year.

Hue Countdown 2025 promises to deliver a spectacular feast of sound and light, subtly blending traditional music with vibrant, modern performances. Besides Mono and Issac, the program will also feature promising young talents such as My My, MC Dai An, DJ Trang Moon, Pay, Hong Minh, Huy Thanh, Rock Band, MC Hype Jkay, DJ Shimy, and more.

Unlike previous years when it was held at the Six-Way Intersection, "Hue Countdown 2025" is planned to take place at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Van Tien Dung streets. Although it is no longer located in the city center as in previous years, the change to a new, more spacious and airy location will attract a larger audience, expand the scale of the program, and befitting a major event of a centrally governed city.
