soft as velvet I wait for you
sweet dew drops drying in the morning sun
morning sun pink as peach lips

the first green to touch the sun
like the first day our eyes met
loving eyes follow forever

cold wind blew through the streets
the road with magnolia trees engraved with the name of love
the familiar scent still lingers in my dreams
a thousand foolish dreams

The sun is up, the grass is soft green
the merchant dreamer has not returned
love pole in the roaring waves
Dawn hides purple waiting

There is a canal that will take people back to the old road.
I am the street corner next to the old willow roundabout
bustling past
Unseasonal rain falls sadly on the January grass
