I want them to not only look at superficial success but also understand that they need to be well prepared, to know what their true career goals are," Boateng confided.

Rookie and Champ, the company Boateng founded, has made significant strides despite only just starting out. "We currently have five young players from Berlin. We always appreciate local talent, players from the streets, and we want to bring them to European football," Boateng said.
