To achieve the goal of developing a reading culture and promoting lifelong learning within the provincial police force, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department requested that leaders of professional departments and commune-level police commanders encourage officers and soldiers to actively research and implement technological applications in performing their duties. Officers and soldiers should cultivate a habit of reading, exchanging and discussing knowledge through book clubs or seminars. Simultaneously, they should promote the use of online learning platforms such as e-learning, courses on soft skills, law, cybersecurity, and other related subjects. Furthermore, a proactive learning environment must be created, where each officer and soldier should consciously learn, research, train, and actively apply information technology in their studies and work.

On this occasion, the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors donated over 2,000 books of various genres to commune-level police forces to support their work and raise awareness of the importance of lifelong learning and developing a reading culture in modern society. This is also an annual activity of the Provincial Police Department, which not only introduces books on politics , law, professional skills, and scientific research, but also introduces literary and artistic publications of the People's Police, specialized documents and reference materials on social development, life skills, and especially books researching digital technology and prominent current events in the era of national development.

By participating in the exhibition, officers and soldiers will have access to a wealth of resources, thereby contributing to enhancing their self-study and research spirit in the context of international integration and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which have become key factors in building a knowledge base for each individual. The exhibition will take place from April 18 to April 28, 2025 at the Provincial Police headquarters.
