Accordingly, with unanimous agreement from the judging panel comprising representatives of artists, art experts, and the consulting firm Global2000, the Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Display Co., Ltd (China) and Macedos Pirotecnia (Portugal) teams qualified to compete in the DIFF 2026 final.

China, the reigning champion of DIFF 2025, continued to assert its position as a world fireworks powerhouse with a performance titled "Oriental Flower," highly praised for its technique, scale, and ability to tell stories through light.
Throughout their performance, the team created multi-layered effects, transforming the sky above the Han River into a vibrant artistic stage with a fast-paced rhythm, constantly changing colors, and emotionally explosive moments. The seamless combination of modern performance technology and creative thinking helped the Chinese team win over both the judges and the large audience.
Meanwhile, the Portuguese team made an impressive comeback after winning the Most Creative award at DIFF 2025. Portugal made their mark with a performance style rich in poetry and artistic flair characteristic of Europe. The fireworks displays were staged like a symphony of light, subtly combining music, color, and rhythm to tell emotionally rich stories.
