Many famous artists such as Quang Tho, Tung Duong , Hoang Hai, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu... will give their all in the entertainment music performances, and of course, the spectacular Countdown 2026 segment will be a highlight.
VTV Countdown: Proud of Vietnam
At 10 PM on December 31st, VTV1 will broadcast live the VTV Countdown Music Festival. With the theme "Proud of Vietnam," the program will help viewers reminisce about the beautiful moments of 2025 and welcome the new year with full of faith and hope.
According to the organizers, the program also tells stories of human effort, successes, and above all, the love and solidarity among compatriots. Each story demonstrates the creative spirit and ability to overcome difficulties of the Vietnamese people.

VTV reporters traveled to provinces and cities such as Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Dien Bien, Da Nang, Ha Giang, Khanh Hoa, and Thanh Hoa to document the lives of the people.
Interspersed throughout the program were musical performances featuring a star-studded lineup of singers. The opening act was the special performance "Melodies of the Homeland," a collaboration between three vocalists: People's Artist Quang Thọ, Anh Tú, and Dương Hoàng Yến.
Hoang Hai performed two songs, "Proud Melody" and "Brilliant Vietnam." (S)TRONG Trong Hieu "revealed" that he would sing a high-energy rock version of "Treasure." Tung Duong performed the meaningful song "We Are the Win."
HTV's Spring Greetings 2026: Hello Vietnam
The special HTV Spring Festival 2026 art program, themed "Hello Vietnam," will air at 10:10 PM on December 31st on HTV9 and HTV's social media platforms.
Held at the HTV Television Theater, HTV Welcomes Spring 2026 brings together many domestic artists and international friends living and working in Vietnam, opening up an emotional journey looking back at 2025, a year of brilliant cultural and artistic achievements and international integration for Vietnam.

The first part, "Identity," recounts the quintessential artistic moments of 2025 – a year in which Vietnamese culture, cinema, and music resonated strongly with the public. It announces and awards honorary titles in the following categories: Most Impressive Song, Most Impressive Film, Most Impressive Music Video, Most Inspiring Face of the Year, and HTV's Milestone 2025.
Part two, "Multicolor," portrays Vietnam expanding its integration into the global community, introducing viewers to an open and friendly Vietnam – a place many artists and international friends consider their "second home."
Representatives from South Korea, the United States, Russia, Italy, and other countries shared stories of life, cultural experiences, music, and New Year's customs from various nations, affirming that Vietnam not only preserves its identity but also serves as a hub for spreading global values.
HTV's Spring Greetings 2026 - Hello Vietnam features the participation of many artists, singers, and guests: Phuong Thanh, Hoa Minzy, Hoang Bach, Vo Ha Tram, Phuong Vy, Duyen Quynh, Thanh Nguyen, Bao Kun, DTAP group, director Dang Thai Huyen, Kawaii Tuan Anh, musician Nguyen Van Chung; actors Do Nhat Hoang, Le Ha Anh, dancesport champion Phan Hien, Thu Huong, along with foreign artists such as singer Kyo York, cellist Bryan (USA), violinist Jmiko (Korea), and singer Oksana (Russia).

Vinh Long Television with "Spring Gathering"
At the transitional moment between the old year and the new year, THVL1 broadcast a special music program, "Spring Gathering," at 11:15 PM on December 31st, with two segments: "Vietnam in My Heart" and "Welcoming the New Spring," showcasing songs imbued with the radiant spring atmosphere of Vietnam on its journey of strong growth.
Through these artistic performances, the beauty of nature, the spirit of the people, and the beauty of aspirations, efforts, and creativity in preserving and promoting the proud values of the nation are showcased.
The Spring Gathering features many artists such as Cam Ly, Luu Hien Trinh, Ho Trung Dung, Thanh Ngoc, Hera Ngoc Hang, Ngo Thai Ngan, Phan Nhu Thuy, and Jack Long. There will also be a fashion show.
Countdown Gia Lai 2026 has the theme "Igniting the Heart - Connecting Love". The New Year's Eve music festival will be broadcast live from two locations: Nguyen Tat Thanh Square - Quy Nhon and Dai Doan Ket Square - Pleiku, taking place from 8:30 PM to midnight on December 31st, and will be streamed live on GTV channel and other digital platforms.
Tuyen Quang organized a televised countdown event titled "Faith and Aspiration" at 10:30 PM on December 31st. The program connected central provincial locations, Lung Cu, and Tan Trao, sharing stories, emotions, and artistic expressions to welcome the sacred moment of the new year. The program was broadcast live on TTV channel, livestreamed on the Tuyen Quang TTV fanpage, and other digital platforms.
The New Year's Eve countdown program in Dien Bien province, titled "Brilliant Spring Colors of Dien Bien," will take place at 10:30 PM on December 31st at the Muong Thanh Tourist Market pedestrian street in Dien Bien Phu ward, and will be broadcast live on DTV channel.
