At exactly 7:00 AM, polling stations throughout the province simultaneously opened. Following a solemn flag-raising ceremony, the election committee disseminated regulations and guided voters on how to check the list, receive ballots, and cast their votes according to the correct procedures. The voting process was conducted seriously, ensuring democracy, transparency, and compliance with the law.
Cao Bang province has 566 polling stations, with 566 polling teams comprising 8,976 members; there are over 400,000 voters, of which 42 polling stations have fewer than 300 voters; the smallest polling station has 149 voters and the largest has 2,768 voters; there are 4 separate polling stations.


On the morning of March 15th, amidst the joyful atmosphere of the National Election Day, Ms. Nong Thi Ha, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religion (wearing a yellow shirt), attended the opening ceremony and cast her vote for representatives to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Tan Giang ward.

Female voters, dressed in their traditional ethnic attire, gathered at polling stations from early morning to cast their votes.

In remote, rural, and border areas, local authorities have arranged convenient polling stations; and mobilized support forces to assist elderly voters, people with disabilities, or those with mobility difficulties.
