During the meeting, voters requested that the National Assembly promptly issue guidelines on resolving the entitlements and policies for part-time commune-level officials upon the end of their service; and consider appointing qualified individuals with the necessary professional skills and abilities to continue their work. In addition, voters expressed their desire for central government investment in a highway passing through Tan Hong district and National Highway N1 connecting to Tan Hong district; investment in housing for people in border areas; and the construction of bridges to connect trade with the communes.

Voters also suggested increasing investment in equipment and human resources for the grassroots healthcare system, and establishing a roadmap for free hospital services for citizens. Given the widespread problem of counterfeit goods affecting people's health, voters requested that authorities strengthen inspections, strictly punish offenders, and take measures to prevent online fraud. Furthermore, following the administrative merger, localities need to tightly manage public assets and land to avoid waste.

Based on feedback from voters, Mr. Tran Van Sau, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province, suggested that local leaders should do a good job of ideological work among cadres, civil servants, and public employees to create consensus in the restructuring of the administrative apparatus, while also ensuring benefits for those affected.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh, Vice President and Secretary General of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, provided information on the expected content and program of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Speaking at a meeting with constituents, Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh, Vice President and Secretary General of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, said that central ministries and agencies are considering proposing to the Government support policies for part-time workers. The streamlining of the apparatus will be carried out democratically, without excluding those who have made contributions and possess capabilities. Local authorities need to develop a roadmap for assessing capabilities, considering job placement, or organizing recruitment examinations.
