The Department of Chemicals promotes a culture of public service.

In accordance with Decision No. 103/QD-BCT dated January 19, 2026, of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the Development of Industrial Culture in the Industry and Trade Sector, the Chemical Department has developed many solutions to enhance the sense of responsibility of its staff, civil servants, and employees. Mr. Vuong Thanh Chung, Deputy Director of the Chemical Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade, stated that the unit focuses on concretizing levels of work culture by establishing criteria for work attitude, proactiveness, and task completion progress, with monthly evaluations. At the Chemical Department, 100% of documents are processed electronically, and the entire process of receiving, transferring, processing, digitally signing, and issuing documents is carried out on the iMOIT system. Key procedures related to chemical declaration and licensing are also integrated into the National Public Service Portal and the Ministry of Industry and Trade's portal. In the coming time, the Chemical Department will continue to build a team of professional and responsible staff, working alongside businesses, aiming to shift strongly from a management mindset to a service mindset.
