In an interview with MUTV , Cunha said: “This is my dream club, coach Amorim was very important in bringing me to Manchester United. I really trust him, with what he did in Portugal."
The Brazilian striker added: "I hope the coach will continue to conquer the world as he did in Portugal before. Of course, he needs versatile players like me, ready to contribute to support the team and the coach himself. The conversations with Amorim made my decision easier."
This week, MU completed all the deals to recruit Matheus Cunha from Wolves for 62.5 million pounds. According to The Athletic , MU agreed to pay the full release clause of 62.5 million pounds for Cunha. He signed a 5-year contract with the "Red Devils".
