This year's competition attracted 8 teams from districts and cities in the province, with 3 parts including team introduction, book promotion and presentation on the theme "The Epic of the Nation," and a talent competition. The teams chose many works with profound historical value about the Great Victory of Spring 1975, vividly portraying the heroic fighting spirit of our army and people in the resistance war against the US to save the nation, such as: "From the Phnom Penh battlefield to the Great Victory of Spring 1975"; "Youth Volunteer Company 915 - an immortal epic"; "The Great Victory of Spring 1975 ends the resistance war against the US to save the nation of Vietnam"; "Dang Thuy Tram's Diary"; "Memories of the battlefield"; “The Burning Summer,” revolutionary literary works, memoirs of historical figures… These works were effectively utilized by the candidates, highlighting the indomitable fighting spirit and the aspiration for peace and independence of the Vietnamese nation.
Besides the rich content, the competition entries were elaborately and creatively staged, combining projection technology with illustrations through skits, poetry, and music , creating an engaging and inspiring reading culture. This acknowledges the serious preparation and meticulous investment of the participating teams, demonstrating their passion for books and their responsibility to spread reading culture in the community.

At the conclusion of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the Excellence Prize to the Ba Be District team; the First Prize to the Pac Nam District team; the Second Prize to the Cho Don, Na Ri, and Bac Kan City teams; and the Third Prize to the Ngan Son, Cho Moi, and Bach Thong teams. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded three supplementary prizes to teams with outstanding performances in each competition category.
The book promotion and introduction contest is an activity within the Plan to organize the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025, aiming to introduce works about the value, historical significance, and contemporary meaning of the Great Victory of Spring 1975 liberating the South and unifying the country; about the heroic memories of veterans in the resistance war against the US; and about the cause of reform and development after the liberation of the South and unification of the country.
In the context of the digital technology boom, the role of books becomes even more special as they retain their core value in shaping people's thinking and guiding their life values. Many practical activities within the framework of this event have created a rich reading culture, spreading the spirit of love of books among all segments of the population.
