Key products such as sun-dried buffalo jerky, beef marinated in fish sauce, and beef meatballs are available in Co.opmart supermarkets nationwide and are trusted by consumers. The early resumption of production after Tet (Lunar New Year) has helped the facility meet order deadlines and maintain stable employment for its workers.

Ms. Lam Cam Thuy, owner of Thuy Luc establishment, said: "In the future, we will continue to invest in more machinery to improve product quality and expand our market."

The province currently has over 330 OCOP products, mostly in the food sector, processed from local specialties and strengths. Besides focusing on production volume, OCOP product manufacturers also prioritize standardizing production processes, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and improving product quality to meet the increasingly high demands of the market. This is a key factor in helping local OCOP products establish their brand and gain a firm foothold in modern distribution systems.

To date, Ca Mau has established 27 points for introducing and selling OCOP products, and has introduced 104 products from 35 businesses into distribution systems and supermarkets inside and outside the province.

In the first months of 2026, the work pace of OCOP product manufacturing facilities stabilized and gradually accelerated. This is not only a positive sign for the local economy, but also demonstrates the determination of OCOP producers to improve product quality, expand markets, and contribute to promoting sustainable rural economic development.
