On April 17th and 18th, in Dong Trieu City, the Party Committee of Company 91 (Dong Bac Corporation) held its 5th Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. This is the grassroots Party Committee chosen by the Party Committee of Dong Bac Corporation to hold its congress first in order to gain experience for the entire Party Committee of the Corporation.
During the 2020-2025 term, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, under the comprehensive leadership, guidance, and management of the Standing Committee and the Party Committee of the Northeast Corporation, with a spirit of unity, leveraging internal strengths, self-reliance, self-improvement, and creative labor, overcoming difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee of Company 91 successfully led the Company to achieve the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the Company's Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
In particular, the leadership successfully completed the tasks of coal production, processing, and internal delivery. Raw coal production reached nearly 180%, tunnel excavation and processing reached over 192%, internal coal delivery reached 178%, total revenue reached over 186%, contributions to the state budget reached over 191%, and profit reached 117%; the leadership also excellently completed military and national defense tasks, building a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and outstanding"... Along with that, the quality of life for workers and employees was improved, with the average salary for the 2020-2025 term reaching 19.2 million VND/person/month, achieving 153.6% compared to the 2015-2020 term.
At the Congress, several limitations and shortcomings during the term were clarified; clear and specific responsibilities were assigned to each individual and collective, and lessons learned from the leadership work of the past term were drawn.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Company 91 will continue to thoroughly understand and effectively implement directives and resolutions at all levels, striving to exceed production and business targets. Specifically, it aims to achieve the following goals: excavating over 115,000 meters of processing tunnels; producing over 5 million tons of raw materials; delivering over 4.5 million tons of coal; achieving projected revenue of 5,800 billion VND; projected profit of over 87 billion VND; and striving for an average income of over 25.5 million VND/person/month, ensuring the material and spiritual well-being, living conditions, and working conditions of its employees. Simultaneously, it will focus on improving the quality of organizational development, management, discipline training, and building a strong, exemplary unit.
In a spirit of responsibility and democracy, the Congress elected the Company's Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 members; and elected 20 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the Congress of Delegates of the Northeast Corporation Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
At its first meeting, the Party Committee of Company 91 elected the Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Company's Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
