With a phased investment in new planting over three years (from 2025 – 2027) followed by basic maintenance and development, the projected average yield for the entire rubber plantation is 1.78 tons/ha/year, with a harvesting period of 22 years, resulting in a total harvest of approximately 28,656 tons over the entire business cycle. For coffee trees, the projected average yield is 4.1 tons/ha/year, with a total harvest of approximately 28,928 tons over the entire 12-year business cycle.
The project's total revenue reached over 3.282 billion VND, with a net profit of 977 billion VND. The project's implementation will create 250-270 jobs for local workers, generating an average income of approximately 8.5 million VND per person per month. This will contribute to the sustainable development of the rubber industry, enhance the economic value of agriculture, help transform the crop structure, and promote local socio-economic development.
