With the motto of being close to the people to understand them, the Vinh Loc Hamlet Party Branch has been a shining example in Party building for many years. The Party Branch maintains a regular monthly meeting schedule; the meeting content is carefully prepared and closely follows the local political tasks. At the meetings, Party members are encouraged to speak up, contribute ideas for Party building, offer suggestions for socio-economic development, and care for the people's lives.

These days, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tan, Secretary of the Vinh Loc Hamlet Party Branch, and the Party Committee are busier than usual as they focus on preparing for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. Mr. Phan Ngoc Tan stated: “Identifying the election as a particularly important political task, in addition to strictly implementing the directives of the Commune Party Committee, the Party Branch is stepping up propaganda efforts to raise voter awareness. Along with that, we are understanding the thoughts and aspirations of the people, promptly explaining the rights and obligations of candidates and voters, so that election day truly becomes a festival for all citizens.”

According to Bui Cong Phuoc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Vinh An commune, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee regularly leads and directs the Party branches to thoroughly understand, concretize, and effectively implement resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Central and provincial authorities on Party building work. At the same time, they strengthen political and ideological education ; proactively fight against and prevent the decline in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; and prevent and combat manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

The exemplary conduct of cadres and Party members is emphasized through concrete actions linked to assigned tasks. Cadres, especially those in leadership positions, demonstrate a sense of responsibility, daring to think, act, and take responsibility; practicing democracy, being close to the people, and listening to their concerns. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee assigns Party members to oversee specific areas, regularly monitoring the situation at the grassroots level, and promptly providing guidance and support in resolving emerging issues. “One of the highlights is the pioneering and exemplary spirit of Party members in patriotic emulation movements, social welfare work, and caring for the poor, contributing to spreading the image of responsible and approachable Party members among the people,” Mr. Bui Cong Phuoc shared.

Following the commune merger, the Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Vinh An commune, Ly Duong Huy Toan, has dedicated much of his time to visiting local areas and understanding the production situation of its members. In Vinh Quoi hamlet, Mr. Nguyen Van Ngon's model of growing over 250 green pomelo trees yields an income of 100 million VND per year. During the recent Lunar New Year, his family earned an additional 20 million VND from pomelos used for Tet (Lunar New Year). Mr. Ngon shared: "Thanks to the support from the commune's Farmers' Association in accessing preferential loans and guidance on cultivation techniques, my pomelo orchard has developed steadily, providing a sustainable source of income." According to Mr. Ly Duong Huy Toan, the commune's Farmers' Association regularly visits and supports effective models; at the same time, it understands the thoughts and aspirations of farmers to promptly propose solutions regarding capital, technology, and agricultural product consumption linkages, helping them increase their income.

According to Bui Cong Phuoc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Vinh An commune, building a clean and strong Party is not only an internal requirement but also a prerequisite for creating social consensus, consolidating the close relationship between the Party and the people, and contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development of the locality in the new period.

In the coming period, the Party Committee of Vinh An commune will continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations; innovate the leadership methods of the political system towards being closer to the people. The commune will strengthen the dissemination of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws to the people.
