According to Mr. Nguyen Bao Quoc, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, this year's 10th grade exam will reduce the proportion of comprehension questions to 60% instead of 70-75% as in previous years. Questions requiring application will increase to 40%, aligning with the goal of evaluating students according to the 2018 general education curriculum.
The Literature exam has a broad scope and is designed to assess reading comprehension and writing skills across various text types.
