This is considered a "grand celebration" to honor heroic figures, exemplary workers, outstanding collectives and individuals, thereby creating a vibrant atmosphere of emulation for the new era of national development.

Within the framework of the Congress, Phuong My Chi had the honor of being the only young artist to participate in the performance. The female singer performed the song "Made in Vietnam" - a composition by music producer DTAP, a work that embodies national pride, aspirations for progress, and contemporary Vietnamese identity, in line with the overarching spirit of the patriotic emulation movement.
