Accordingly, the 8 plots of land offered for auction have a total area of ​​over 138,000 square meters, located in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, An Khanh ward.

Among the land plots offered for auction, two urban-grade service land plots, totaling nearly 10.7 hectares, account for the majority of the auctioned land: plot 7-1, covering over 74,390 m2, and plot 1-12, covering nearly 32,000 m2.

The remaining six plots range in size from 700 m2 to over 10,000 m2, primarily consisting of residential and mixed-use residential-commercial land in functional zone 3. This group of land is suitable for developing apartment, commercial, and service projects within the Thu Thiem urban core.
