We propose inspecting preschool facilities, especially private ones.

The National Committee for Children has requested the Ministry of Education and Training to direct, review, inspect, and audit preschool education facilities, especially non-public ones.

At the same time, promptly and strictly handle establishments that violate regulations and rules on the organization and operation of a safe, healthy, and friendly educational environment, and the prevention of school violence.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the dissemination and promotion of knowledge and skills in preventing child abuse and school violence among administrators, teachers, and staff in preschools.

According to recent statistics, many incidents involving violence and child abuse have occurred at private preschools, such as the case at a preschool in Phuoc Chanh village, Que My commune, Quy Son district, Quang Nam province; Thu Suong preschool group, An Binh neighborhood, Tiem Tom town, Ba Tri district, Ben Tre province; and Dap Cau kindergarten, Thi Cau ward, Bac Ninh city.

Experts emphasize that providing timely guidance on how to identify and handle situations of violence and abuse is one of the key factors in effectively preventing and protecting children.
