According to Nguyen Viet Xuan, Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Quang Trach Commune Party Committee, in carrying out the tasks for the first six months of 2026, the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the subordinate Party committees have focused on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of tasks and solutions regarding the building and rectification of the Party and the political system.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee organized 3 meetings of the Party Committee Executive Board and 7 regular and extraordinary meetings of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to discuss and agree on policies and solutions for leading the implementation of socio- economic development, national defense and security, and Party building and the construction of the political system. At the same time, it focused on leading and directing the review of the progress of the Party Committee's action programs on implementing the Resolution of the First Party Congress of the commune; and directing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in accordance with the guidelines, procedures, and laws.

In addition, the Party Committee has led and directed the People's Committee of the commune to continue implementing the socio-economic development plan; taking advantage of all resources and support capital from targeted programs of the Central Government and the province, social resources and mobilizing contributions from the people to invest in building new rural areas; actively resolving difficulties and obstacles, especially mobilizing the people to comply well with policies and guidelines to complete the land clearance work for projects in the area; improving the disbursement of public investment capital...

The Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the commune also focused on directing efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government management and administration; administrative reform, judicial reform, cultural, educational , and health development; strengthening the management and protection of forests and mineral resources; accelerating the issuance of land use right certificates to the people; supporting and resolving difficulties for businesses and industrial establishments to boost production and develop trade and services; and effectively implementing social welfare policies...

In particular, the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the commune have focused on leading and directing the digital transformation task by reviewing the progress and results of the implementation of specific tasks under Project 06, thereby clearly identifying the causes and solutions to raise awareness among cadres, Party members and the people about the digital transformation work to complete it according to the province's required schedule.

Currently, 100% of cadres, civil servants, and employees of Party and Front agencies regularly use the Party's operational management system; 100% of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units implement the "Digital Literacy for the People" movement; and effectively implement the 30-day intensive campaign to revise and digitize cadre and civil servant records and data. At the same time, the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee lead and direct the effective implementation of military and national defense tasks, ensuring security, order, and traffic safety, and maintaining the goal of a drug-free commune.

According to Nguyen Viet Xuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Trach commune, to successfully implement the tasks for the last six months of 2026, the locality will focus on directing the summer-autumn crop production, implementing drought prevention measures for rice crops, and striving to achieve the planned annual food production target; strengthening forest protection and fire prevention, especially during peak heat waves; encouraging the development of household livestock farming in conjunction with promoting the development of family farms and large-scale farms to increase the total livestock population; mobilizing fishermen to go out to sea to exploit aquatic resources and comply with all legal regulations; and promoting solutions for building new rural areas, striving to achieve the criteria as directed by the Provincial People's Committee.

Simultaneously, strengthen leadership and guidance in land and mineral resource management; prevent the occurrence of violations of land and mineral resource laws in the area; definitively resolve outstanding applications for initial land use right certificates; promote specific solutions and plans for revenue collection, striving to achieve and exceed the set budget; accelerate the construction progress of projects in the commune for early handover and use; effectively implement disaster prevention and search and rescue work according to the "four on-the-spot" principle, following plans, strategies, and response measures when natural disasters occur.

Simultaneously, complete the targets and tasks of digital transformation and Project 06 associated with administrative reform, improve the quality of operation of the Public Administrative Service Center; effectively implement social security policies and preferential treatment for meritorious individuals and social welfare beneficiaries; promote education and healthcare; ensure national defense and security, and maintain security and order in the commune. In particular, in the immediate future, complete the reorganization of villages and resolve the entitlements for part-time village officials in accordance with regulations.
