The Ministry of Home Affairs is collecting comments from the people on a draft Circular guiding the adjustment of the monthly allowance from July 01, 7 for commune, ward and township cadres who have quit their jobs according to Decision No. 2023-CP of June 130, 20 of the Government Council and Decision No. 6-HDBT of October 1975, 111 of the Council of Ministers.
Subjects of application are cadres of communes, wards and townships who have quit their jobs and enjoy monthly allowances according to Decision No. 130-CP dated June 20, 6 of the Government Council and Decision No. 1975-HDBT dated October 111, 13 of the Council of Ministers (hereinafter referred to as old and weak commune officials who have retired).
Accordingly, from July 1, 7, the monthly allowance will be adjusted for elderly and weak commune cadres who have retired according to the provisions of the Government's Decree on adjustment of pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances as follows: Increase the monthly allowance by 2023% compared to the level of allowance enjoyed at the time of June 12,5 for the above subjects.
Monthly allowance to be enjoyed from July 1, 7 according to the following formula: Monthly allowance to be enjoyed from July 2023, 1 = Benefit level to be enjoyed at the time of June 7 x 2023
In which, the allowance level to be enjoyed at the time of June 6 is the level of allowance specified in Clause 2023, Article 2 of Circular No. 2/02/TT-BNV dated January 2022, 29 of the Minister of Home Affairs guiding the adjustment of monthly allowance from January 1, 2022 for commune, ward and township officials who have retired according to Decision No. 01-CP dated June 1, 2022 of the Council of Ministers' Decision No.
If the monthly allowance is lower than VND 3.000.000/month for elderly and weak commune cadres who have retired from work after adjusting according to regulations, the allowance level will be increased as follows: An increase of VND 300.000/person/month for those with a monthly allowance of less than VND 2.700.000/person/month; Increase to 3.000.000 VND/person/month for those whose monthly allowance is from 2.700.000 VND/person/month to less than 3.000.000 VND/person/month.
Pursuant to the above regulations, the monthly allowance to be enjoyed from July 1, 7 (rounded) for old and weak commune cadres who have retired from work is as follows: For cadres who were former Party Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee: VND 2023/month; For cadres who are former Deputy Secretary, Vice Chairman, Standing Party Committee member, Secretary of the People's Committee, Secretary of the Commune People's Council, Commune Captain, Commune Police Chief: 2.782.000 VND/month; For the remaining titles: 2.700.000 VND/month.
