Although the official launch time for the iPhone 16 in Vietnam was 00:01 on September 27th (according to Apple's regulations), a large number of young people flocked to iPhone 16 sales points from 9 PM on September 26th to get a number and wait for their turn to buy.

Despite the rather hot weather, with occasional unexpected rain in some areas, the atmosphere at Apple's authorized dealers in Vietnam remained incredibly vibrant, resembling a festival for Apple enthusiasts.

At Minh Tuan Mobile's delivery points on Tran Quang Khai Street (District 1), many artists, celebrities, and KOLs appeared and became the first customers to own the iPhone 16.

A representative from Minh Tuan Mobile stated that customers who pre-ordered could receive their devices early at three branch locations on the morning of September 27th, and throughout the entire system from 8 AM on the same day.

"We only delivered the devices early to over 200 customers who participated in the launch event at our system's branches. Those customers who received their devices in person that night were also the first to own the iPhone 16 Series VN/A in Vietnam," a representative of the system said.

At theFPT Shop store on Le Loi Street (District 1), hundreds of customers had been waiting since 9 PM on September 26th. Notably, among the early pre-orders at this store were several Indian nationals…

At the start of deliveries, many groups of young people even organized teams to film themselves unboxing and holding the first iPhone 16s, creating an atmosphere that resembled a festival for fans of the "bitten apple" logo.

Sharing his expectations for this launch, Mr. Nguyen The Kha - Commercial Director of FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT, said: “We have observed strong customer interest in the improved configuration and new colors on the iPhone 16 Series. FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT expect to achieve double-digit growth for this product line this year.”

The rain didn't dampen the enthusiasm of Apple enthusiasts.

At the Topzone delivery point of the The Gioi Dien Dong chain on Khanh Hoi Street (District 4), even when it rained at times, the excitement remained high as hundreds of customers waited to buy the iPhone 16.

The first customers to own the iPhone 16 were extremely excited and somewhat proud to be among the first in Vietnam to own this highly anticipated phone.

Meanwhile, Topzone staff were constantly running back and forth to process payments, hand over devices to customers, and guide them through the initial activation steps.

Meanwhile, the CellphoneS delivery point on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (District 1), despite being quite small, was always crowded with customers picking up their iPhone 16s from early morning on September 27th.

A representative from CellphoneS stated that all their stores meet Apple's experience zone standards. According to the plan, on the night of the launch, all stores will display and allow customers to experience the iPhone 16 products firsthand and choose the version that suits them best.

The system also expressed optimism that consumers in Vietnam are increasingly able to purchase products earlier and at the best prices in recent years - the iPhone 16 series went on sale just 7 days after its international launch.

Another authorized Apple dealer in Vietnam, 24hStore, also held a launch event for customers who had registered their information.

At this retail outlet on Tran Quang Khai Street (District 1), 100 VIP customers had the opportunity to personally unbox the first iPhone 16s in Vietnam.

"The event was like a grand opening celebration to mark the important milestone of Apple's latest product - the iPhone 16 Series - officially reaching Vietnamese consumers," shared Ms. Anh Hong, representative of 24hStore.
