The Trinh Cong Son - Song of Peace program will bring many enjoyable moments.

The program is a collaborative production between Quang Tri Radio and Television Station, the family of musician Trinh Cong Son, and CLC Global. The producers stated: “The program is a way of using artistic language, viewed through the romantic and philosophical lens of Trinh Cong Son’s music , to convey to the audience the meaning of peace.”

The program is divided into three parts: "Let Me Go to Revive Peace," "Love Songs for Peace," and "Let's Love Each Other." In the "Let Me Go to Revive Peace" section, the audience will hear works from the selection of "Yellow Skin" songs by composer Trịnh Công Sơn, such as: "Waiting to See My Homeland Shining Brightly," "The Mother of Ô Lý," "Mother's Folk Song," "What Do We See Tonight," "Please Grant Me," etc.

The wartime past is depicted in Trịnh Công Sơn's music as a realistic yet loving painting. In it, we see the suffering of the human condition: small and downtrodden during the bombings. War only brings darkness; looking directly at the pain of war reveals the futility of violence.

But the music of the talented composer Trinh Cong Son is more than that. Even in those anti-war songs, we can clearly see the yearning for peace in every lyric. The yearning for peace is the common voice of the Vietnamese people in particular and of all humanity in general: "Let me go and rebuild our love story, Let me go and raise peace..."

In the "Love Songs for Peace" section, beautiful love songs will appear, such as "Diem Xua," "Ha Trang," "Nay Em Co Nho," "Con Tuoi Nao Cho Em," "Hanh Huong Tren Doi Cao," etc.

And in "Let's Love Each Other," with the message "Peace means not discriminating based on skin color, nationality, gender, generation, viewpoints, or the past, but working together towards a bright future of love, friendship, and care for future generations. Let's Love Each Other" is an extremely meaningful message for this program, for everyone.

The program features veteran artists such as Cam Van, Quang Dung, Duc Tuan, and notably includes the participation of singer Trinh Vinh Trinh – the younger sister of musician Trinh Cong Son.

Korean violinist Jmi Ko, American-born singer Kyo York, and young Cindy will handle the international exchange segment of the program, demonstrating that Trinh Cong Son's music is not just for Vietnamese people and the elderly. The collaboration of Cece Truong and An Tran will also bring a fresh and youthful energy to the program.
