According to the Organizing Committee of the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of Quang Ninh Province, the total number of delegates, tourists, and people expected to participate is nearly 10,000 people, including about 4,000 people participating in the parade, demonstration parade, artists, actors, and art crew. The program has a total expected duration of 130 minutes, of which 90 minutes will be broadcast live on VTV1 (in parallel with live broadcast on QTV1).

In particular, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province also decided to set off high-altitude fireworks and assigned the Military Command of Quang Ninh province to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture - Sports of the province and related units to advise the People's Committee of the province on documents requesting permission from competent authorities, and unify the content of the fireworks display according to the overall scenario in the program to ensure safety and economy.

The sub-committees and related units and localities are making efforts to implement the contents, ensuring that the Celebration will take place solemnly, economically, safely, avoiding formality and waste; at the same time, expressing and spreading the values of cultural identity, historical traditions, and achievements of Quang Ninh Province in the 60-year journey of construction and development.

Towards the 60th Anniversary of the province's founding, Quang Ninh is implementing a series of activities and emulation programs to celebrate, such as: Activities "When drinking water, remember its source", gratitude; Honoring and expressing gratitude for the contributions of the people, cadres, party members, and people with meritorious services to the revolution; Ceremony of attaching a plaque to the project to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the province's founding; Exhibition of achievements in socio -economic development, security and defense; "Residential Area Singing" Festival.

Quang Ninh province also organized the provincial-level contest "Studying and following the ideology, morality, and style of President Ho Chi Minh"; Contest to compose musical works, literary and artistic works, press works, and artistic sculptures; Composing logos, propaganda posters, and composing the identity of Quang Ninh province; Organizing the production and publishing of press publications, photo books, films, and music videos.

In particular, the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center is producing a 7-episode TV series called “Rising Dawn”. With a duration of 45 minutes per episode, the series promotes beautiful images of Quang Ninh province associated with the province’s two key economic sectors: tourism and coal mining. The series brings together many famous actors of Vietnamese cinema today.
