According to the Organizing Committee of the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Quang Ninh Province, the total number of delegates, tourists, and local people expected to participate is nearly 10,000, including approximately 4,000 people in the parade, procession, artists, actors, and art crews. The program is expected to last 130 minutes, with 90 minutes broadcast live on VTV1 (simultaneously broadcast live on QTV1).

Specifically, the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee also decided to launch high-altitude fireworks and assigned the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports and other relevant units to advise the Provincial People's Committee on documents requesting permission from competent authorities, and to unify the content of the fireworks display according to the overall script in the program, ensuring safety and cost-effectiveness.

Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee for the 60th Anniversary Celebration of Quang Ninh Province, stated that the celebration program is the most important and meaningful activity in the series of events commemorating the 60th anniversary of the province's founding. Subcommittees and relevant units and localities are striving to implement the program, ensuring the celebration will be solemn, economical, safe, and avoid formality and waste; while simultaneously showcasing and spreading the values of cultural identity, historical traditions, and achievements of Quang Ninh province during its 60-year journey of construction and development.

In anticipation of the 60th anniversary of the province's establishment, Quang Ninh is implementing a series of celebratory programs and activities, such as: "Remembering the source of the water" activities, showing gratitude and repaying kindness; honoring and appreciating the contributions of the people, officials, Party members, and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution; a ceremony to unveil commemorative plaques for projects celebrating the 60th anniversary of the province's establishment; an exhibition of achievements in socio -economic development, security, and national defense; and the "Residential Area Singing Festival".

Quang Ninh province also organized a provincial-level competition on "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of President Ho Chi Minh"; a competition for composing musical works, literary and artistic works, journalistic works, and artistic sculptures; creating logos, propaganda posters, and a brand identity for Quang Ninh province; and organizing the production and publication of journalistic publications, photo books, films, and music videos.

In particular, the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center is producing a 7-episode television series titled "The Rising Sun." Each episode, lasting 45 minutes, promotes the beautiful image of Quang Ninh province, focusing on its two key economic sectors: tourism and coal mining. The series features many well-known actors in Vietnamese cinema today.
