However, businesses need to change their mindset in brand building. In all orders, the company is very cautious, prioritizing reputation to establish its brand. Especially to grasp trends and take advantage of the 4.0 industrial revolution, businesses not only need to proactively develop operational plans and tell a compelling story through their products, but also keep up with digital transformation, effectively utilizing e-commerce, KOLs (individuals or organizations with in-depth expertise in a specific field and who are trusted by many), and KOCs (influential consumers in the market) to sell their products.

During the 2021-2025 period, the province plans to allocate approximately 330 billion VND from capital construction funds, and about 20 billion VND annually from operational funds to implement digital transformation tasks. Besides developing policies and improving technical and technological infrastructure, the province has also set two key priorities: training and developing digital human resources; and promoting the application of digital technology in the economic activities of businesses and boosting digital application in society and the community.

Simultaneously, it is strengthening support for businesses and households in trade promotion, advertising, and product distribution, and promoting the application of information technology and management software in business operations.
