Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, said he was very impressed by the unique mascots made from various fruits combined with lotus leaves, pandan leaves, etc. Even more lifelike, these mascots could move and sway rhythmically as if they were dancing in the air…

To create these meticulously crafted works, the artisans poured their hearts and souls into every detail. One artisan in the sculpting group explained that each piece tells a unique story, expressed through the artistic language of fruits and agricultural products.

These artworks are not merely visual displays, but creative promotional messages, introducing local agricultural products to consumers in a natural and emotionally resonant way.
Through this, we want to tell the story of the diligence, determination to overcome difficulties, and the aspiration to legitimately become wealthy of the farmers of Dong Thap today.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong, Chairwoman of the Dong Thap Provincial Farmers' Association, said that the artworks created from fruits and typical agricultural products of the province at the festival contribute to introducing to tourists the beauty of Dong Thap's culture and people; at the same time, spreading pride in a land rich in tradition, compassion, and dynamism in agricultural development.

The festival takes place from June 5th to 8th, with the theme "Dong Thap - Land of Sweet Fruits," featuring 9 main activities and 12 supporting activities, along with promotional and advertising activities.
