Cuong Thao One-Member Limited Company is one of the exemplary enterprises that has made significant contributions to the economic development of An Binh commune, providing employment for over 60 local workers.

According to Comrade Nguyen Xuan Hoa - Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, with the important goal of the 2025-2030 period being to focus on economic development towards increasing the proportion of industry - trade - services, combined with agricultural potential, the timely and full organization and implementation of emulation movements and reward work plays a role in promoting and creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere of competition in all fields.

In recent times, emulation movements in the fields of agricultural, forestry, and fisheries production have been launched and implemented effectively. Notable examples include the movements "Farmers competing in excellent production and business, uniting to help each other reduce poverty and get rich," "Crop and livestock restructuring," "Intensive farming and increasing crop yields," "Restructuring the crop sector towards developing advantageous products," and "Forest management and protection." From these movements, the local economic structure has undergone positive shifts, and science and technology have been strongly transferred and applied to production. Many outstanding agricultural models have been certified as OCOP products, such as beekeeping for honey production in Tram and Tam villages; and Lac Thuy chicken farming in An Son 2 and Cay Ruong villages...

The 3B cattle farming model in Voi village, An Binh commune, yields high profits, helping farmers become wealthy.

In implementing the National Target Program for building new rural areas, many emulation movements have been promoted, such as: "Building model residential areas and model gardens," and "Joining forces to build new rural areas," creating an increasingly spacious, bright, green, clean, and beautiful appearance for residential areas. The entire commune has 7 residential areas that have achieved the status of model new rural residential areas and 17 model gardens. The program has contributed to improving the quality of life and increasing the income of the people.

The emulation movement in the fields of handicrafts, construction, trade, and services has been intensified, with initiatives such as: "Safety for production – production must be safe," "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods," and "Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas"... To date, the commune has 81 enterprises, cooperatives, and farms operating in various sectors such as construction, civil carpentry, wood processing, agricultural and forestry product production and processing, livestock farming, mechanics, welding, aluminum frame and window manufacturing, steel-reinforced plastic window manufacturing, building materials production, and garment manufacturing... Diverse and abundant commercial and service activities meet the consumption and shopping needs of the people, contributing to creating stable jobs for workers in the area.

Furthermore, the movement to donate land for rural road construction has received the support and consensus of the people. Outstanding examples of land donation for rural road construction include Mr. Do Van Hung and Mr. Le Van Binh in Cay Ruong village... The commune government also coordinated with the Fatherland Front and other organizations to launch many movements to build a bright, green, clean, and beautiful environment. Villages compete to organize cleaning, planting, and caring for flowers and trees along inter-commune and inter-village roads, alleys, and cultural center areas once or twice a month. Currently, models such as "Clean House, Beautiful Garden," "Planting Flowers and Trees Along the Road," "Improving Overgrown Gardens," "Public Lighting," "Security Cameras," and "Sorting and Treating Household Waste with Biological Products" are continuing to spread.

The launching and organization of widespread, timely, targeted, and appropriate emulation movements has promoted the completion of the commune's planned targets, especially those related to economic development. By 2025, the commune's production value growth rate is projected to reach 8%; the industrial-construction sector will account for 29.6%, trade-services 29.8%, and agriculture-forestry-fisheries 40.6%; the multidimensional poverty rate will decrease to 16.88%; and per capita income will reach 49.7 million VND.
