According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province, the reason for suspending project activities is because the investor did not properly implement the investment policy approval; has been sanctioned for violations but continues to violate them.
The purpose is for investors to be responsible for implementing fire prevention and fighting procedures, building permits, and starting project construction during the temporary suspension of project operations.
If at the end of this time, the investor does not complete the above procedures, the province will consider terminating the investment project according to Clause 2, Article 48, Investment Law 2020.
In case, Thinh Trong Phat Co., Ltd. correctly and fully complies with the above procedures, after the suspension period expires, the project will continue to be implemented.
