The Central Highlands is a region with a large number of ethnic minorities and a number of people residing in remote areas. Many people have limited education, awareness and understanding of the law.

That affects order and security; child marriage, land disputes, illegal logging, illegal immigration, etc. still occur, causing significant impacts on peace in some areas.

Faced with that reality, in recent times, the judiciary has coordinated with local Party committees and authorities in the Central Highlands provinces to promote propaganda, dissemination and education of the law to ethnic minority areas, remote and isolated areas. Through mobile propaganda and dissemination of the law; legal bookcases or self-management models of security and order in villages and hamlets have contributed to helping people grasp, understand and comply with regulations.

For example, in the face of hot, prominent issues occurring among school-age children, educational institutions in ethnic minority areas have coordinated with competent authorities to organize propaganda and legal education activities for students. The forms of propaganda are flexibly integrated and changed appropriately so that students can proactively learn about legal regulations. In particular, schools regularly organize propaganda sessions and talks on the prevention of school violence, traffic safety, prevention of social evils and child abuse.

Through these activities, students are not only equipped with basic legal knowledge but also practice life skills, civilized behavior skills, know how to distinguish right from wrong and stay away from violations. Or, due to backward customs, in the past, in remote areas, early marriage and incestuous marriage often occurred. Through propaganda, people's awareness has gradually changed, limiting the marriage of children before they are old enough. Laws related to land resources, minerals, and forest protection are also propagated to people in many forms.

The results show that the work of propagating, disseminating and educating the law in remote areas, ethnic minority areas in the Central Highlands has really gone into depth, becoming a bridge between the government and the people, contributing to building a united, civilized community, living and working according to the Constitution and the law. From the effective propaganda, dissemination and education of the law has contributed to creating a strong change in awareness and consciousness of compliance, compliance, voluntary study and understanding of the law.

The effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of legal education has also contributed to preventing law violations in localities; in addition, it has created a favorable legal environment for the effective and sustainable implementation of the Party's guidelines and State policies, including ethnic policies.
