The Central Highlands is home to a large number of ethnic minorities, with many residing in remote and isolated areas. A significant portion of these communities have limited education, awareness, and understanding of the law.

This affects public order and security; child marriage, land disputes, illegal logging, illegal emigration, etc., still occur, significantly impacting peace in some areas.

In light of this situation, the judicial sector has recently coordinated with Party committees and local authorities in the Central Highlands provinces to promote the dissemination and education of law to ethnic minority communities and remote areas. Through mobile legal awareness campaigns, legal libraries, and self-governing models for security and order in villages and hamlets, efforts have been made to help people understand and comply with regulations.

For example, in response to pressing issues affecting students, educational institutions in ethnic minority areas have collaborated with relevant authorities to organize legal education and awareness programs for students. The methods of dissemination are flexibly integrated and adapted to encourage students to proactively learn about legal regulations. Schools regularly organize awareness sessions and thematic talks on preventing school violence, traffic safety, social vices, and child abuse.

Through these activities, students are not only equipped with basic legal knowledge but also develop life skills, civilized behavior, the ability to distinguish right from wrong, and avoid violations. For example, due to outdated customs, child marriage and consanguineous marriage were common in remote areas in the past. Through awareness campaigns, people's perceptions have gradually changed, reducing the practice of marrying children before they reach the legal age. Laws related to land resources, minerals, and forest protection are also disseminated to the people through various means.

The results show that the dissemination and education of law in remote areas and ethnic minority regions of the Central Highlands has truly become more in-depth, serving as a bridge between the government and the people, contributing to building a united, civilized community that lives and works in accordance with the constitution and laws. Effective dissemination and education of law has contributed to a strong shift in awareness and compliance, as well as a proactive approach to learning and understanding the law.

The effectiveness of legal education and dissemination has also contributed to preventing law violations in various localities; in addition, it has created a favorable legal environment for the effective and sustainable implementation of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies, including ethnic policies.
