In Lam Dong province, the Langbiang tourist area in Lac Duong district, where a South Korean female tourist slipped and fell to her death, has suspended all sightseeing activities since October 27th.
Dalat Tourist Joint Stock Company (the investor) announces the suspension of all sightseeing activities at the Langbiang tourist area until further notice.
The company has also suspended the operation of new toboggan rides and canyoning at the Datanla Waterfall tourist area (Da Lat City) until October 31st for maintenance and system upgrades. Other activities at the site remain open to visitors.

Yesterday, a South Korean female tourist (over 60 years old) was on a tour exploring Langbiang mountain when she fell from a height of about 4 meters while taking photos on a rocky outcrop and died. The area where the incident occurred has been marked with warning signs and restricted access.
Langbiang is a mountain range located about 12 km from Da Lat in Lac Duong district. Situated at an altitude of over 2,100 meters, visitors can reach the summit by car or by hiking along a trail.
On October 24th, a sudden flood swept through a stream in the Cu Lan Village tourist area in Lat commune, Lac Duong district, resulting in the deaths of four South Korean tourists. The Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has requested local authorities and companies to strengthen management and review the operation of adventure and outdoor tourism tours to ensure the safety of visitors.
