Langbiang tourist area in Lac Duong district where a female Korean tourist slipped and fell to her death has temporarily suspended all tourist activities since October 27.
Lam Dong Tourism Joint Stock Company (Dalat tourist, investor) announced to stop all sightseeing activities at Langbiang tourist area until further notice.
The company has also stopped operating new toboggans and canyoning at the Datanla waterfall tourist area (Da Lat City) until October 31 for system maintenance and upgrade. Other activities here are still open to visitors.

Yesterday, a Korean female tourist (over 60 years old) and her group experienced the Langbiang mountain peak, while taking pictures on a rock cliff, fell from a height of about 4 meters, died. The area where the incident occurred has been installed with warning signs warning of danger, restricting travel.
Langbiang is a mountain range about 12 km from Da Lat in Lac Duong district. Located at an altitude of over 2,100 m, to reach the top, visitors travel by car or walk along the trail.
On October 24, a sudden flood in the stream at the Cu Lan Village tourist area in Lat commune, Lac Duong district, killed four Korean tourists. The Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has requested localities and companies to strengthen management and review the organization of adventure and picnic tours to ensure the safety of visitors.
