Real estate is considered one of the most stable investment channels with good returns. In particular, the resort real estate segment, which can be professionally managed for rental purposes, is attracting significant interest from investors.
At the Ban Mong Resort & Funfair project, Vietnam Construction and Trading Investment Corporation (CTX Holdings) has just announced a policy of paying investors a lifetime 5% return in USD. Specifically, customers who own a mini-hotel unit in the project will have it leased back by the developer, CTX Holdings, for life and will receive a 5% annual return in USD.
Investors also don't need to worry about operating or managing the property, as the entire hotel system will be managed by Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel. In addition to rental income, each owner also receives 100 complimentary nights per year at the mini-hotel system in Ban Mong.

According to the project developer, this policy not only ensures a stable cash flow but also helps investors avoid risks from exchange rate fluctuations or domestic inflation. In particular, customers can resell the property to the developer if they urgently need capital. This policy targets financially savvy investors with strong cash flow capabilities who have not yet found a suitable investment channel.
This policy will be implemented by the investor, paying out profits when the project is completed and put into operation.
"We've noticed that many people are struggling with operational management when investing in homestays or Airbnb, such as investing large sums of money but having difficulty generating cash flow. The mini-hotel product in Ban Mong was developed to address this issue," a representative from CTX Holdings shared.
