Don't damage your own reputation.

Although he has removed the image from his personal page, singer Duc Tuan's act of climbing onto the tiled roof of an old house in Hoi An ( Quang Nam ) to pose for photos has still caused public outrage and criticism.

Previously, beauty queen Giáng My, and a few foreign tourists, also made this mistake… But it seems the penalties aren't strong enough, so there are still cases of people disregarding the rules for the sake of beautiful photos.

Hoi An is a World Heritage site that needs the collective protection of the community and tourists. Therefore, even if it's not for views or likes, climbing onto the roofs of ancient houses to take pictures is unacceptable. Investing in beautiful images is a human need. For artists, this is even more necessary as it's also a way for them to leave a mark on the public. But climbing onto heritage sites to take pictures, even if nothing is damaged, is a practice that has never been and will never be supported. This requires a sincere apology and clear accountability for their wrongdoing, whether they are a famous artist or anyone else.

In the recent series of scandals involving artists, many have almost been unable to return to the stage, but these are mostly controversies related to their private lives and personal relationships. Meanwhile, many artists who have behaved inappropriately towards heritage and historical knowledge... just a few days later, after the incident has passed, they comfortably reappear in the media and on social networks as if nothing happened.

Celebrities receive support from the audience because of their talent and hard work, investing in creative artistic products that serve the public's spiritual life. But precisely because they are famous, their every move is scrutinized more than ever, and the audience's admiration can sometimes be quite lenient towards their idols, criticizing but also readily forgetting when the person involved knows how to "turn around." However, this doesn't mean they can be reckless. Don't damage your own reputation, because when the audience truly turns their backs, all that's left is regret.
