With a spirit of unity, responsibility, and strong political determination, Ea Wer quickly stabilized its organizational structure, focusing on synchronously directing tasks related to socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security, creating an important foundation for a new stage of development.

The year 2025 concluded with many positive results, clearly demonstrating the efforts and determination of the entire political system and the people. Key socio -economic development indicators continued to be maintained and showed stable growth. Total production value is estimated at 2,101 billion VND, exceeding the set plan and increasing by 11.8%. Total state budget revenue is estimated at 323.873 billion VND, exceeding the People's Council's budget estimate by 39%.

The agricultural and rural development sector continues to play a pivotal role. Collective economic activities are gradually asserting their role as a cornerstone for rural development. The commune currently has 31 farms and 16 cooperatives operating in various fields, contributing to job creation, income improvement, and promoting production linkages along the value chain. Investment in construction and implementation of national target programs have been effective. The commune has implemented 26 projects with a total planned capital of 28,850.7 million VND, with an estimated disbursement rate of 80.1%, contributing to infrastructure improvement and transforming the rural landscape.

A key highlight of the past year, and a central task for the coming period, is the vigorous implementation of tasks related to science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation. Ea Wer actively responded to the "Nationwide Emulation Movement for Innovation and Digital Transformation" and the "Digital Literacy Movement" with flexible and practical approaches. Community digital technology teams were established in all 33 villages and hamlets with 233 members, providing timely support to people in accessing and using digital platforms and online public services.

The socio-cultural sector receives attention. Cultural, artistic, sports, and broadcasting activities are organized regularly, combined with the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities. Social welfare, sustainable poverty reduction, and caring for the people's lives are prioritized. Education and healthcare have seen many positive changes. National defense and security are maintained, and social order and safety are ensured. Administrative reform and government building continue to be promoted, serving the people even better.
