EVN launches new customer care application.

- Starting from June 15, 2026, Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and its affiliated Electricity Corporations will officially launch the "EVN Customer Service" application for all EVN electricity customers on smartphones.

Compared to the previous application, the new application provides a convenient and consistent experience for customers using EVN's electricity services. Specifically, it allows customers to link and manage multiple electricity contracts simultaneously with all EVN power companies nationwide.

Look up your electricity consumption by day, week, or month to track and monitor your usage and consumption history. Set consumption alerts based on electricity consumption (kWh) or percentage increase. Pay your electricity bill and view your payment history. Report power outages, submit feedback, and receive updates on online notifications, recommendations, and scam warnings.

The "EVN CSKH" application helps manage electricity contracts nationwide more efficiently, enhancing the ability to monitor electricity consumption in more detail. It provides many convenient experiences for users.
